Hecq releases his work through Hymen Records - a label describing themselves as “putting out technoid noise for collapsing people”. After spending some earthtime with Berlin based Ben Lukas Boysen aka Hecq’s music, you are about to agree. His highly energetic drum programming, razor sharp synthetic soundscapes often gets the soothing treatment of larger than life disharmonic string arrangements making it quit hard not to give it your full attention. His talent with drawing soundscapes has lead to a number of commercial collaborations with companies looking for a different approach on sounds.
