Telonius
Telonius is the project of Jonas Imbery - one of the two bosses and founders of Gomma. After writing and producing the acclaimed albums Aperitivo (2004) and Cloudbuster (2008) of the band Munk with his Gomma partner Mathias Modica, Imbery is now turning his attention to his more club-focused solo work. This is perhaps early House Music from the 80ies and 90ies and the Disco Sound of the 70ies with a touch of the new age indie movement.
“Club music needs to be dirty and sexy, without appearing to be daft – and if you need an instruction manual for it it’s already too late and there’s no fun to be had. It’s all about entertainment after all”, Jonas explains.
